At Bob Woodall Air Care, the health and well-being of our customers and employees is our top priority. With the continued and ever-changing news about COVID-19, we wanted to share important information about how our team is working to ensure your air conditioning repair or service is handled appropriately.

Our Call Bob technicians and office staff are following recommended workplace procedures outlined by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other health authorities.

  • Your air conditioning technician will continue to knock on your door upon arrival. Should you choose to answer, your technician will practice social distancing.
  • All of our employees are taking extra precautionary measures like washing their hands before and after every interaction. We are using a “No Touch” signature process. However, we are still asking all Bob Woodall Air Care personnel to practice social distancing.
  • We have instructed each technician and personnel to disinfect their point of sale devices after each touch. We have also instructed our employees to wash their hands frequently and are providing latex gloves to use when in contact with products or business tools.
  • Our technicians have also been instructed not to shake hands, even though this is a practice we have done for years.

For any of our valued customers that need filters, to make a payment, to fill out applications or paperwork we are offering curbside assistance. Call 334-340-1111, let us know your need and we will come outside to assist you.

While we implement these changes, please know our commitment to you as a customer remains the same, and we will continue to keep the Wiregrass cool. We remain dedicated to the well-being of your families and our employees during this time.
